So every now and then I am going to showcase and share something (a product/thing etc. related to bodywork) with you!

Today’s fav is: Biotone Dual-Purpose Massage Creme

I have used several different types of massage lotions/oils/creams etc. and I keep coming back to this basic product.  It has the perfect consistency for deep tissue work, but enough glide factor for soothing efflerague strokes.

Clients love the super subtle Arnica & Ivy extracts scent, and the moisturization.  It absorbs into the skin and leaves you feeling moisturized and not oily.

Tips:
For more relaxing treatments, I like to place the tube in the towel caddy (or microwave for 10 seconds) and let it warm up so that it is almost liquified.  It feels so silky and warm, with the most perfect glide for the beginning massage strokes. (BEWARE: If you do try this, the top portion is usually very hot… so apply to a towel at first to gauge temperature before squeezing onto your hand or clients skin.)
